Joanna Wilson Hunter - Trainee Solicitor

Joanna was born and raised in Kirkcaldy, Fife and attended Dollar Academy for both her primary and secondary years. Upon finishing her secondary education, she took a gap year in order to pursue her passions with horses. Following this, she enrolled at The University of Dundee to do her Scots Law LLB (honours). She graduated in 2007 with a 2:1 classification and shortly thereafter enrolled and completed her Diploma in Legal Practice again at The University of Dundee in May 2008.

Joanna moved up to Caithness, and into farming life, at the end of June 2008 and commenced her trainee solicitor post with Drever and Heddle in July 2008. The majority of her spare time is spent looking after and competing on her own horses. Although enjoying competing/ grooming at various prestigious venues in the past, including the Royal International Horse Show and the Royal Highland Show, Joanna's focus is now concentrated on perusing her legal career in the North of Scotland. Joanna also enjoys eating Mexican/ Indian food and spending time with her family and friends.
